Ingredients
1 small butternut squash, peeled and cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2: In a large bowl, toss the peeled and cubed butternut squash with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Step 3: Spread the squash in a single layer on a baking sheet. Ensure not to overcrowd the pan for best crisping results; use two sheets if necessary.
