8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (for the dip)
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives (for topping)
1/4 cup crumbled bacon (for topping)

Vegetable sticks (for serving)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded smoked Gouda cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, 1/2 cup crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
Step 3: Mix all ingredients thoroughly until they are well combined and smooth.
Step 4: Transfer the dip mixture into a medium-sized baking dish.
Step 5: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly around the edges and golden brown on top.
