  • ½ cup (50 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 Tbsp chopped green onions
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 8 flour tortillas (or whole-wheat, corn, gluten-free)
  • Optional toppings: pickles, diced onions, ketchup, mustard
  • Cooking spray or oil for basket

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375 °F (190 °C) and lightly spray basket with oil.
  2. Warm flour tortillas on a hot skillet for 10–15 seconds each; keep stacked under a damp towel.
  3. In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain excess grease.
  4. Stir in minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper; cook 1–2 minutes more.
  5. Remove from heat and fold in chopped green onions.
  6. Lay one tortilla flat; spoon about ⅓ cup beef mixture down center.
  7. Top with 2 Tbsp cheddar and 1 Tbsp mozzarella cheese; add optional pickles or diced onions.
  8. Fold sides inward and roll tightly from bottom; seal edge with cream cheese if needed.
  9. Place wraps seam-side down in air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  10. Cook at 375 °F for 6 minutes; flip and cook an additional 2 minutes until golden and cheese melts.
  11. Remove and let rest 2 minutes before serving.
