Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375 °F (190 °C); lightly spray basket with oil.
- Prepare burger sauce: mix ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika; refrigerate if desired.
- Cook ground beef in skillet until no longer pink; drain excess grease.
- Lay each tortilla flat; spread ~1 tablespoon burger sauce down center.
- Add quarter of beef mixture, a slice or shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, pickles, and turkey bacon.
- Fold shorter ends inward, then roll tightly from one long side; brush outside lightly with oil.
- Place wraps seam-side down in air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Cook 8 minutes; flip carefully and cook 2–4 more minutes until golden and cheese melts.
- Check beef temperature reaches 160 °F (71 °C) for safety.
- Let rest 2 minutes before slicing to prevent filling spill.
