Ingredients
1 cup warm spring water
Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
2 thin slices raw mountain yam or daikon
1/8 tsp pink Himalayan salt
Instructions
Step 1: Warm the spring water to a temperature that is comfortable to drink, ensuring it is not boiling.
Step 2: Squeeze the lemon juice into a glass and add the pink Himalayan salt.
Step 3: Add the thin slices of mountain yam or daikon to the water.
Step 4: Stir gently for 30 seconds and drink immediately on an empty stomach.
