Description

These easy-to-make Keto Pizza Chips are a cheesy, crispy, and satisfying low-carb snack that brings all the classic pizza flavors without the carbs.

Ingredients

Scale

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (low-moisture works best)
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Step 2: In a small bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and optional garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Mix well to ensure the seasonings are evenly distributed.
Step 3: Divide the cheese mixture into 12-15 small, evenly spaced mounds on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of a spoon to create thin circles, approximately 2 inches in diameter. Ensure there is some space between each chip as they will spread slightly.
Step 4: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy. Keep a close eye on them, as cooking times can vary by oven and thickness.
Step 5: Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the chips cool on the parchment paper for a few minutes. As they cool, they will become crispier.
Step 6: Carefully transfer the cooled Keto Pizza Chips to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve immediately or store for later.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can sprinkle a tiny bit of pepperoni or cooked crumbled bacon on top of each chip before baking. Be sure to use low-moisture mozzarella for the best crispiness.
