- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt; mix well.
- In another bowl, mix warm water, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil.
- Slowly add wet mixture to dry ingredients and stir until dough forms; let sit for a few minutes to thicken.
- Transfer dough to loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
For nut-free version, substitute almond flour with sunflower seed flour. Use fresh ingredients for best results. Avoid overmixing dough to prevent dense bread.
