1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for linguine)
1/2 tsp salt (for linguine)
1/4 tsp black pepper (for linguine)
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Lemon wedges for serving (optional)


Instructions

Step 1: In a large bowl, toss the chicken bites with 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp garlic powder until evenly coated.
Step 2: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken bites and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken bites from the skillet and set aside.
Step 3: In the same skillet, melt 1/2 cup unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
Step 4: Stir in the 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp lemon zest, and 1/4 cup fresh parsley. Add the cooked chicken bites to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
Step 5: Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 6: In a large pot, melt 1/2 cup unsalted butter over medium heat. Stir in the 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup chopped parsley, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
Step 7: Add the cooked linguine to the pot and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
