Instructions
- Toss chicken bites with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken bites 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through; remove and set aside.
- In same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic; cook 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped parsley.
- Add chicken back to skillet; toss to coat evenly in sauce.
- Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Add cooked linguine; toss to coat evenly in sauce.
- Serve chicken bites over Parmesan linguine.
- Optionally garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
