Ingredients
2 large crisp apples
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons caramel syrup
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons crushed peanuts
1/2 cup whipped cream
Instructions
Step 1: Wash, core, and slice the apples into thin wedges.
Step 2: Toss the slices with lemon juice to prevent browning and arrange on a platter.
Step 3: Melt peanut butter in the microwave until pourable and drizzle over apples.
Step 4: Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the peanut butter layer.
Step 5: Drizzle with caramel and chocolate syrups, then top with crushed peanuts.
Step 6: Add a dollop of whipped cream to the center and serve immediately.

To make it vegan, use dairy-free chocolate chips, vegan caramel sauce, and coconut whipped cream.
