Description

Tender shredded chicken and crispy bacon coated in a rich Alfredo sauce, wrapped in a soft tortilla for an easy and delicious weeknight meal.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups cooked shredded chicken
8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1 ½ cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
4-6 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
2 tablespoons olive oil or butter, for pan-frying (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, Alfredo sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder (if using), and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Step 2: Lay one large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon approximately ½ cup to ¾ cup of the chicken and bacon Alfredo mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
Step 3: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll it up from the bottom to create a secure wrap.
Step 4: Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
Step 5: If desired, heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the rolled wraps seam-side down in the hot skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy, and the filling is heated through and cheese is melted.
Step 6: Remove from skillet, slice in half if preferred, and serve immediately. Enjoy your loaded chicken bacon Alfredo wraps!

Notes

For an extra touch of freshness, stir in a handful of chopped fresh parsley or chives into the mixture before wrapping. To make them spicy, add a bit more red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce to the filling. You can also add finely chopped spinach or sautéed mushrooms for added vegetables.
