Instructions
Step 1: Place bacon in a skillet over medium heat and cook until nearly crisp.

Step 3: Split and toast English muffins until golden, then spread with butter.
Step 4: Whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Melt remaining butter in the skillet and cook eggs, folding them to fit the muffin size.
Step 5: Place cheddar cheese on the eggs during the last 30 seconds of cooking to melt.
