Ingredients
1 lb cremini mushrooms, cleaned
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and trim the stems if necessary.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Toss the mushrooms in the marinade and let sit for 20 minutes.
Step 4: Thread the mushrooms onto skewers, about 5-6 per skewer.
Step 5: Grill over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes per side until charred and tender.
Step 6: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes before use to prevent burning. Do not over-marinate beyond 2 hours.
