Description
This creamy Marry Me Chicken Pasta features tender chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and a luscious Parmesan cream sauce. It’s easy, romantic, and totally irresistible!

- 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 8 ounces pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (in oil, drained)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside and slice.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and red pepper flakes. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat in sauce. Top with sliced chicken.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Add spinach or mushrooms for extra vegetables. Use gluten-free pasta as needed. Omit red pepper flakes for a milder version.
