Description

This creamy Marry Me Chicken Pasta features tender chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and a luscious Parmesan cream sauce. It’s easy, romantic, and totally irresistible!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 8 ounces pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (in oil, drained)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside and slice.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  5. Add heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and red pepper flakes. Simmer 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  8. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat in sauce. Top with sliced chicken.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Add spinach or mushrooms for extra vegetables. Use gluten-free pasta as needed. Omit red pepper flakes for a milder version.
