Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the pan.
Step 3: Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
Step 4: Melt sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter in a saucepan until smooth.
Step 5: Stir in vanilla and salt, then fold in mini marshmallows once slightly cooled.
Step 6: Spread the mixture over the crust and top with melted chocolate chips.
Step 7: Chill for at least 2 hours until set before slicing into squares.
