Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
Step 2: Pat the chicken breasts thoroughly dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Step 3: In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well until a smooth, creamy paste forms.
Step 4: Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Generously spread the creamy Parmesan mixture over the top of each chicken breast, ensuring they are fully coated.
Step 5: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden brown and bubbly. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts.
