Instructions
Step 1: Fill a large glass or shaker with 16 ounces of filtered water.
Step 2: Stir in the apple cider vinegar and fresh lemon juice.
Step 3: Add the cinnamon, fiber (oat flour/psyllium), and grated ginger.
Step 4: Shake or stir vigorously until the ingredients are well combined and no clumps remain.
