- Fresh nectarines

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Dice nectarines and place in a large bowl with lemon juice.
- Whisk sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch; sprinkle over nectarines and stir to coat.
- In another bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, and pecans.
- Add softened butter and mix with fingers or fork until crumbly.
- Transfer fruit mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread streusel topping evenly over it.
- Bake 30-45 minutes until topping is golden and fruit is bubbling.
- Cool at least 20 minutes before serving to let juices set.
Notes
Allow crisp to cool to thicken filling and prevent runny juices. Prepare streusel up to 3 days ahead and store refrigerated. Serve with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or caramel sauce for extra indulgence.
