Ingredients

  • Fresh nectarines
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Lemon juice
  • Cornstarch
  • Old fashioned oats
  • Brown sugar
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Toasted chopped pecans
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Dice nectarines and place in a large bowl with lemon juice.
  3. Whisk sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch; sprinkle over nectarines and stir to coat.
  4. In another bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, and pecans.
  5. Add softened butter and mix with fingers or fork until crumbly.
  6. Transfer fruit mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread streusel topping evenly over it.
