Instructions

  1. Make and chill the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a medium bowl; stir until moistened. Press mixture firmly into bottom of 9×13-inch dish. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes.
  2. Beat cheesecake filling: In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until light and smooth.
  3. Fold in 1½ cups whipped topping gently to maintain volume. Spread evenly over chilled crust. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes.
  4. Layer bananas: Arrange sliced bananas evenly over cheesecake layer, pressing gently.
  5. Add crushed pineapple evenly atop bananas.
  6. Scatter diced strawberries over pineapple layer.
  7. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips and chopped nuts over fruit layers if desired.
  8. Spread remaining 1½ cups whipped topping evenly over fruit and mix-ins; create swirls or peaks if desired.
