A whimsical 4-ingredient Easter treat featuring crunchy chow mein noodles coated in a rich butterscotch and peanut butter glaze.
Ingredients
1 bag (11 oz) Nestle Toll House Butterscotch Morsels
1/2 cup Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter
1 can (5 oz) La Choy Chow Mein Noodles
1 bag (9 oz) Cadbury Mini Eggs
Instructions
Step 1: Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper or wax paper and set aside.
Step 2: Combine butterscotch morsels and peanut butter in a large microwave-safe bowl.
Step 3: Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the mixture is smooth.
Step 4: Gently fold in the chow mein noodles until they are thoroughly and evenly coated with the butterscotch mixture.
Step 5: Spoon mounds of the mixture onto the prepared sheets and press a small well into the center of each.
Step 6: Place 2-3 candy eggs into each center and allow to set at room temperature for 45 minutes or in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature. If the kitchen is warm, refrigerate to keep the nests from softening.
