Description

Adorable and delicious no-bake cookie truffles shaped like Easter bunnies, perfect for holiday gifting.


Ingredients

36 regular Oreo cookies
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
16 ounces white chocolate melting wafers
24 large marshmallows, cut in half diagonally
1/4 cup pink sanding sugar
48 mini chocolate chips
1 tube pink decorating gel


Instructions

Step 1: Pulse Oreo cookies in a food processor until they are fine crumbs.
Step 2: Blend the softened cream cheese with the cookie crumbs until a smooth dough forms.
Step 3: Roll the mixture into 24 balls and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 4: Prepare ears by dipping the cut side of halved marshmallows into pink sanding sugar.
Step 5: Melt white chocolate wafers and dip each chilled truffle ball to coat completely.
Step 6: Decorate immediately with marshmallow ears, chocolate chip eyes, and a pink gel nose before the coating sets.

Notes

Ensure Oreos are crushed into a very fine sand to avoid lumpy truffles. Use a fork to dip for the smoothest finish.
