An effortless, colorful, and creamy layered dessert made with Birthday Cake Oreos and fresh whipped cream.
Ingredients
36-40 Birthday Cake Oreos
3 cups Heavy Whipping Cream, cold
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla Bean Paste
1/2 cup Rainbow Sprinkles
1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
Step 1: Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with plastic wrap, leaving overhang on all sides.
Step 2: In a cold mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until stiff peaks form.
Step 3: Gently fold the sprinkles into the whipped cream.
Step 4: Spread a thin layer of cream in the bottom of the pan and top with a layer of Oreos.
Step 5: Repeat layers of cream and cookies until the pan is full, finishing with cream.
Step 6: Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Step 7: Unmold using the plastic wrap, slice with a warm knife, and serve.
Notes
Ensure your heavy cream is extremely cold to achieve the proper stiffness. For a cleaner look, use white nonpareils inside the cream and larger sequins for the top garnish.
