Description
A creamy, layered mint and chocolate dessert featuring an Oreo crust and mint cheesecake pudding.
Ingredients
36 Oreos finely crushed
1 stick unsalted butter melted
8 oz block of cream cheese softened at room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
2 8 oz tubs frozen whipped topping, thawed at room temperature, divided
3 3.4 oz boxes of cheesecake instant pudding mix
3 cups cold milk
1 teaspoon mint extract
Green gel food coloring not drops
Instructions
Step 1: Combine the crushed Oreos and melted butter in a bowl until the crumbs are well coated. Press into a 9x13 inch pan.
Step 2: Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 8 oz of whipped topping.
Step 3: Spread the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust in an even layer.
Step 4: Whisk the cheesecake pudding mix and milk together until thickened. Add mint extract and green food coloring.
Step 5: Spread the mint pudding layer over the cream cheese layer.
Step 6: Top with the remaining 8 oz of whipped topping and garnish with extra Oreo crumbs if desired.
Step 7: Chill the No-Bake Mint Oreo Dessert Lasagna in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
