1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
1/4 cup granola


Instructions

Step 1: Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain them thoroughly and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking, then pat them dry.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix with a whisk or spatula until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Lay out a cooked lasagna noodle on your serving dish or platter. Spread a thin, even layer of the peanut butter mixture over it, then sprinkle generously with chocolate chips.
