Ingredients
1 (0.8 oz) pack zero sugar lemon pudding mix
1 (8 oz) container zero sugar cool whip, thawed
8 oz whipped cream cheese, softened
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
½ cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened whipped cream cheese and plain Greek yogurt. Beat with an electric mixer or whisk until smooth and well combined.
Step 2: Add the zero sugar lemon pudding mix to the cream cheese and yogurt mixture. Beat again until the pudding mix is fully incorporated and the mixture starts to thicken slightly.
Step 3: Gently fold in the thawed zero sugar cool whip until no streaks remain and the mixture is light and fluffy.
Step 4: Carefully fold in the fresh raspberries. Be gentle to avoid crushing them too much, ensuring pockets of whole fruit remain.
Step 5: Transfer the cheesecake fluff to individual serving dishes or a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until thoroughly chilled and set.

Notes
For an extra pop of lemon flavor, add a teaspoon of fresh lemon zest to the mixture in Step 2. You can also swap raspberries for blueberries or mixed berries.
