Description
An incredibly easy and decadent no-bake dessert featuring a graham cracker crust, creamy filling, rich caramel, chocolate, and toasted pecans.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup melted butter
¼ cup brown sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup pecans, toasted
½ cup caramel sauce
½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Stir until well mixed. Press firmly and evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to set.
Step 2: In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
Step 4: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined and smooth.
Step 5: Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the chilled graham cracker crust. Return to the refrigerator.
Step 6: Drizzle the caramel sauce generously over the top of the pie. Sprinkle the toasted pecans evenly. Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle them over the pie.
Step 7: Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow it to set completely.
Step 8: Slice and serve. Garnish with additional caramel or chocolate if desired, and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra touch, sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt over the caramel drizzle before chilling to enhance the sweet and salty flavors. Ensure your cream cheese is at room temperature for the smoothest filling.
