Description

Indulge in this unbelievably easy no-bake Twix cheesecake, featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, a rich caramel and cream cheese filling, and plenty of chopped Twix bars.


Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup melted butter
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups heavy cream, whipped
¾ cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
8-10 regular size Twix bars, chopped


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the crust. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Place in the freezer while you prepare the filling.
Step 2: Make the filling. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until just combined.
Step 3: Fold in whipped cream. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain.
Step 4: Add caramel and Twix. Gently fold in ¾ cup of caramel sauce and about two-thirds of the chopped Twix bars into the cheesecake filling.
Step 5: Assemble the cheesecake. Pour the cheesecake filling over the chilled graham cracker crust in the springform pan. Spread evenly with a spatula.
Step 6: Chill. Drizzle with extra caramel sauce and sprinkle the remaining chopped Twix bars on top. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight, until firm.
Step 7: Serve. Once chilled, carefully remove the cheesecake from the springform pan. Slice and serve cold. Enjoy!

Notes

For best results, ensure all dairy ingredients (cream cheese, heavy cream) are very cold before whipping, except for the cream cheese which should be softened for the filling base. This helps achieve the best texture.
