A rich and creamy layered dessert featuring peanut butter cookies, fresh bananas, and silky vanilla pudding.
Ingredients
1 package (16 oz) Nutter Butter Cookies
6 ripe bananas, sliced
2 boxes (3.4 oz each) Instant Vanilla Pudding mix
2 cups whole milk
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Step 1: Whisk the vanilla pudding mix with whole milk in a large bowl for 2 minutes, then stir in the sweetened condensed milk and let it sit to thicken.
Step 2: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Step 3: Fold two-thirds of the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until no white streaks remain.
Step 4: Layer the bottom of a 9x13 dish with Nutter Butter cookies.
Step 5: Add a layer of sliced bananas over the cookies.
Step 6: Spread half of the pudding mixture over the bananas.
Step 7: Repeat the layers of cookies, bananas, and pudding once more.
Step 8: Top with the remaining whipped cream and crushed cookies.
Step 9: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Ensure bananas are fully submerged in pudding to prevent oxidation.
