Description

A delicious and healthy frozen snack made with vanilla yogurt, fresh bananas, and a peanut butter chocolate swirl.

Ingredients

Scale

1 large banana
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup melted peanut butter
1/8 cup melted chocolate
2 tbs chopped nuts

Instructions

Step 1: Slice the banana and place the slices onto a parchment lined pan or plate over a layer of spread yogurt.
Step 2: Drizzle the melted peanut butter and chocolate over the banana slices and yogurt base.
Step 3: Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the top of the mixture.
Step 4: Place the pan in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours until completely firm.
Step 5: Break the frozen bark into pieces and serve immediately.

Notes

Use Greek yogurt for a thicker, higher-protein bark. Ensure peanut butter is fully melted for easy drizzling.
