Instructions

Step 4: Once the boil is established, boil for exactly 90 seconds, then remove from heat immediately.
Step 5: Stir in the creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.
Step 6: Fold in the quick-cooking oats until they are thoroughly and evenly coated with the syrup.
Step 7: Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets and let cool until firm (about 30 minutes).
