Instructions

Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, softened butter, and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Mix until the ingredients are well combined and form a cohesive dough.
Step 2: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/4-inch thickness. Using a cookie cutter, cut the dough into circles (or your desired shape) and carefully transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 3: Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Remove from oven and let cool slightly on the baking sheet.
