Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, very well drained
1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
Step 1: In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Step 2: Fold in the drained pineapple, cranberries, and green onions until well combined.
Step 3: Spread the mixture evenly over the surface of each tortilla.
Step 4: Roll the tortillas up tightly and wrap them in plastic wrap.
Step 5: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the rolls to firm up.
Step 6: Remove plastic and slice into 1-inch rounds using a serrated knife.
Notes
Ensure the pineapple is extremely dry to prevent the tortillas from becoming soft and soggy during the chilling process.
