2 oz white rum
3 oz pineapple juice
1 oz cream of coconut
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz grenadine
Ice
Pineapple wedge, for garnish
Maraschino cherry, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Fill your serving glass generously with ice.
Step 2: In a shaker, combine rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and lime juice with ice.
Step 3: Shake well until thoroughly chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
Step 4: Strain the mixture into your ice-filled serving glass.
Step 5: Carefully pour the grenadine down the inside edge of the glass to create the stunning sunrise effect. It will sink to the bottom and gradually rise.
