Description

A refreshing and natural DIY electrolyte drink designed to replenish minerals and boost energy levels using pink salt and ACV.


Ingredients

Scale

1/2 cup filtered water
1.4 oz pink Himalayan salt
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
2 tablespoons raw honey (optional)


Instructions

Step 1: Combine 1/2 cup filtered water and 1.4 oz pink Himalayan salt in a glass jar.
Step 2: Add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 2 tablespoons of optional raw honey.
Step 3: Stir or shake vigorously until the salt is completely dissolved.
Step 4: For the Sole method, let 1.25 oz salt and 1/2 cup water sit for 24 hours, then use 1 tsp of the mix in a full glass of water daily.

Notes

Ensure ACV contains the 'mother' for maximum enzyme benefits. Use fine grain salt for faster dissolving.
