Ingredients
2 cups milk (or almond milk, oat milk)
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup raspberry or strawberry puree
1 tsp vanilla extract
Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
Step 1: Pour 2 cups of milk into a small saucepan and place over medium-low heat.
Step 2: Whisk in 1 cup of white chocolate chips until completely melted and smooth.
Step 3: Stir in 1/2 cup of berry puree and 1 tsp of vanilla extract until the drink is uniformly pink.
Step 4: Heat until the desired temperature is reached, then pour into mugs and top with whipped cream.
Notes
Use high-quality white chocolate with cocoa butter for the creamiest results. Strain fruit puree to remove seeds for a smoother texture.
