Ingredients
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1-2 drops pink gel food coloring
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon heavy cream
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2: Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Step 3: Cream 1 cup butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
Step 4: Add egg, vanilla, vinegar, and pink food coloring; mix well.
Step 5: Gradually blend in dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
Step 6: Scoop 1.5 tablespoon balls and place on baking sheets.
Step 7: Bake for 9-11 minutes, then cool completely on a wire rack.
Step 8: Beat cream cheese and 1/4 cup butter; add powdered sugar and cream until fluffy.
Step 9: Frost cooled cookies and serve.
