  • Yield: [Number of servings]

Description

Gooey, cheesy, and totally addictive — pull-apart pepperoni pizza bites are bite-sized, stuffed with melty cheese and pepperoni, golden on the outside, and perfect for dipping in warm marinara.

Ingredients

  • Refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded or cubed)
  • Mini pepperoni slices
  • Garlic butter (melted butter mixed with garlic)
  • Italian seasoning
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara or pizza sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to [temperature] and grease a baking dish or bundt pan.
  2. Separate dough pieces and flatten each into a small round disc.
  3. Place mozzarella and pepperoni in center of each disc; pinch dough closed to seal.
  4. Arrange stuffed dough balls seam-side down in prepared pan, stacking slightly.
  5. Mix melted butter with garlic, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan; brush over dough balls.
  6. Bake until puffed and golden brown, and cheese inside is melted.
  7. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Seal dough well to keep cheese inside. Use a bundt pan for a fun pull-apart wreath shape. Assemble ahead and refrigerate if desired.
