Description
Gooey, cheesy, and totally addictive — pull-apart pepperoni pizza bites are bite-sized, stuffed with melty cheese and pepperoni, golden on the outside, and perfect for dipping in warm marinara.
Ingredients
- Refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded or cubed)
- Mini pepperoni slices
- Garlic butter (melted butter mixed with garlic)
- Italian seasoning
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Marinara or pizza sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to [temperature] and grease a baking dish or bundt pan.
- Separate dough pieces and flatten each into a small round disc.
- Place mozzarella and pepperoni in center of each disc; pinch dough closed to seal.
- Arrange stuffed dough balls seam-side down in prepared pan, stacking slightly.
- Mix melted butter with garlic, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan; brush over dough balls.
- Bake until puffed and golden brown, and cheese inside is melted.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Seal dough well to keep cheese inside. Use a bundt pan for a fun pull-apart wreath shape. Assemble ahead and refrigerate if desired.
