Description

A refreshing and creamy tropical cocktail featuring coconut, pineapple, and a tart raspberry twist.


Ingredients

4 oz White Rum
6 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
4 oz Cream of Coconut
1 cup Fresh Raspberries
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3 cups Crushed Ice
Pineapple wedges for garnish


Instructions

Step 1: Chill two hurricane glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Add the white rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and lime juice to a high-speed blender.
Step 3: Add the fresh raspberries and crushed ice to the blender.
Step 4: Blend on high speed until the consistency is smooth and frozen.
Step 5: Pour the mixture into the chilled glasses and garnish with fresh fruit.
