Ingredients
2 cups fresh-squeezed orange juice
1 cup pure coconut water
1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
Step 1: Juice fresh oranges to yield 2 cups of liquid and strain if desired.
Step 2: Pour orange juice, coconut water, and coconut milk into a blender.
Step 3: Add ginger, turmeric, maple syrup, and salt.
Step 4: Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until completely smooth and frothy.
Step 5: Pour over ice into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
Add a dash of black pepper to increase the bioavailability of the turmeric.
