Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
1 (15 oz) can corn, drained
1 (4.5 oz) can diced green chiles, drained
1 (2.25 oz) can sliced black olives, drained and finely diced
1 medium red bell pepper, finely diced
Instructions
Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix. Stir with a spoon or spatula until thoroughly blended and smooth.
Step 2: Drain the canned corn and green chiles. Finely dice the black olives and red bell pepper. Ensure all ingredients are prepped and ready to mix.
Step 3: Add the drained corn, green chiles, diced black olives, and diced red bell pepper to the cream cheese mixture. Gently fold all ingredients together until evenly distributed.
Step 4: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours) to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to chill thoroughly. Serve cold with your favorite dippers.
Notes
