Instructions
- Season the beef chuck roast with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the seasoned roast in the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, or until the roast is tender and cooked through.
- In a bowl, whisk the sour cream, all-purpose flour, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the stroganoff sauce over the cooked pot roast in the slow cooker and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
