Description
An incredibly tender and creamy pork chop recipe made easily in the slow cooker with ranch seasoning and savory soups.
Ingredients
4 bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder on both sides.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and ranch dressing mix.
Step 3: Place the pork chops in the bottom of the slow cooker and pour the soup mixture over them evenly.
Step 4: Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the pork is tender.
Step 5: Serve the pork chops hot with the gravy from the pot and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
For best results, use thick-cut chops. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash more broth at the end.
