Description
A gooey, crunchy no-bake bar that combines the classic cereal treat with the chocolatey, graham cracker flavors of a s'more.
Ingredients
6 cups crispy rice cereal
10 cups mini marshmallows (divided)
1.5 cups crushed graham crackers
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 tbsp salted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Step 1: Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
Step 2: In a large pot, melt the salted butter over low heat.
Step 3: Add 8 cups of mini marshmallows and stir until completely smooth and melted.
Step 4: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Step 5: Fold in the rice cereal and crushed graham crackers until well combined.
Step 6: Gently fold in the remaining 2 cups of mini marshmallows and the chocolate chips.
Step 7: Press the mixture lightly into the prepared pan and allow to set for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Notes
Ensure marshmallows are fresh for the best texture. Do not over-compress the mixture in the pan.
