Description
A light, airy, and tangy neon-blue dessert made with raspberry Jello and a sour malic acid kick.
Ingredients
2 boxes neon blue raspberry Jello
2 cups boiling water
1 tub frozen whipped topping (thawed)
1 tsp malic acid
Instructions
Step 1: Dissolve the 2 boxes of neon blue raspberry Jello in 2 cups of boiling water, whisking for 2 minutes.
Step 2: Stir in 1 tsp of malic acid and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature (about 25 minutes).
Step 3: Gently fold in 1 tub of thawed whipped topping until the mixture is uniform and light blue.
Step 4: Pour into a square baking dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into squares.
Notes
Ensure the Jello is cool to the touch but still liquid before adding the whipped topping to prevent melting.
