Ingredients
4 cups cranberry juice
4 cups pineapple juice
2 cups orange juice
1 cup lemon juice
1 liter chilled ginger ale
1 cup fresh cranberries, for garnish
1 orange, sliced, for garnish
Ice, for serving
Instructions
Step 1: In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine the cranberry juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, and lemon juice. Stir well to mix.
Step 2: Cover the juice mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to ensure it's well-chilled. You can also prepare this step up to 24 hours in advance.
Step 3: Just before serving, add the chilled ginger ale to the juice mixture. Stir gently to combine, being careful not to lose too much carbonation.
Step 4: Add plenty of ice to the punch bowl. Garnish with fresh cranberries and orange slices. Serve immediately and enjoy the festive sparkle!
Notes
For an alcoholic version, add 1-2 cups of vodka or white rum to the juice mixture before adding the ginger ale. Adjust sweetness if desired with a touch of simple syrup or honey.
