Description
A bubbly, naturally sweetened pink lemonade made with fresh lemons, raw honey, and a splash of cranberry juice.
Ingredients
1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)
0.5 cup honey
4 cups sparkling water or club soda
1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
0.5 cup water (for syrup)
Ice cubes
Lemon slices for garnish
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: In a small saucepan, combine honey and 1/2 cup of water. Heat on low until honey dissolves; let cool completely.
Step 2: Squeeze fresh lemons to yield 1 cup of juice; strain if desired to remove pulp and seeds.
Step 3: In a large pitcher, mix the cooled honey mixture, lemon juice, and cranberry juice thoroughly.
Step 4: Slowly pour in the sparkling water; stir gently to maintain bubbles.
Step 5: Serve immediately over ice, garnished with lemon slices and mint leaves.
Notes
Ensure the honey syrup is fully cooled before adding the lemon juice to preserve the fresh citrus flavor.
