Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenders, cut into 1/2-inch strips
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (adjust to heat preference)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4-6 large flour tortillas
2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
1 large tomato, diced
Instructions
Step 1: In a medium bowl, toss chicken strips with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
Step 2: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F / 74°C). Remove from heat.
Step 3: In a small bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined. This is your creamy Parmesan ranch sauce.
Step 4: Lightly warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet for 10-15 seconds per side, or microwave for 15-20 seconds, to make them more pliable.
Step 5: To assemble each wrap, spread about 1-2 tablespoons of the Parmesan ranch sauce evenly over one side of a warm tortilla. Layer with cooked Cajun chicken strips, shredded romaine lettuce, and diced tomato.
Step 6: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll it up from the bottom. Slice in half diagonally, if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
