A quick and easy 30-minute meal featuring succulent chicken thighs in a sticky, sweet, and fiery glaze.

Ingredients

Scale

1.5 lbs chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup sriracha sauce
1/3 cup honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

Step 1: Pat the chicken pieces dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together sriracha, honey, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch slurry.
Step 3: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Step 4: Add chicken in batches and sear until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes total.
Step 5: Pour the sauce over the chicken and toss for 2 minutes until the glaze is thick and glossy.
Step 6: Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.

Notes

Use chicken thighs for the juiciest results. Ensure the pan is very hot before adding meat.
