Description

A juicy, flavorful, and healthy chicken burger packed with fresh spinach and sharp white cheddar cheese.

Ingredients

Scale

1 pound ground chicken
1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 burger buns

Instructions

Step 1: Combine ground chicken, spinach, cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, and garlic in a large bowl.
Step 2: Add mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the chicken mixture.
Step 3: Mix gently until combined and form into 4 equal-sized burger patties.
Step 4: Heat olive oil in a skillet or on a grill over medium-high heat.
Step 5: Cook patties for 5-6 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the cheese is melted.

Notes

For best results, use fresh spinach rather than frozen. If using frozen, ensure all liquid is squeezed out.
