- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/2 cup cooked bacon or ham, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare Hash Brown Crust: In a bowl, mix thawed hash browns, melted butter, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese. Press into a greased 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake Crust: Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy. Let cool slightly.
- Prepare Filling: In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Add salt, pepper, spinach, bell peppers, green onions, cheese, and optional bacon or ham. Mix well.
